Training Officer Hope Community Survey 2015 (SHM 2015)

Lampung Province Public Expectations Survey 2015 (SHM 2015) on the performance of public services is one way to determine the performance of the government apparatus. Performance is assessed on the basis of the opinion of the public service masayrakat presented in the form of community satisfaction index. From the results of the data obtained will be used as an evaluation of the expected bias of government in order to improve service to the community.

On 21-22 September 2015, has implemented training field workers in the hall BPS Metro City. The plan enumeration sample households will be held on September 23 until October 10, 2015. The processing of data by field IPDS will be held on 25 September and 25 October 2015. The results of SHM 2015 will be released by BPS Lampung Province on November 26, 2015.
