Statistics of Metro City (BPS Kota Metro) in cooperation with the local government to hold early socialization Economic Census 2016 LEC Kartika, Metro on Wednesday (2/12). This measure is intended to provide knowledge to the participants the importance of this census so that census later went smoothly according to the plan that has been set.
The socialization was opened by the Expert Staff for Economy and Development of Metro City, M. Syafe'i. Present at the event this socialization among others, leaders of banks / financial institutions of government and the private sector in Metro City, the head SKPD (SKPD), businessmen and representatives of organizations, as well as the head of the company, hotel, and PTN / PTS.
Socialization is delivered directly by Head of BPS Metro City, Taulina Anggarani, S.Si., MA with LPPM moderated by the Chairman of Metro Muhammadiyah University, Prof. Dr. Handoko Santoso. He said that the economic census includes all economic activities except agriculture. The goal is to gather and present the data as a basis of planning and evaluation of development policies of government.
In this activity was also awarded the best respondents as a form of appreciation to the respondents of various surveys conducted by Statistics of Metro City. Among those who received awards are:
1. Hotel Masdalifa, the best respondents of Hotel Survey
2. BMT Fajar, best respondent of Financial Institutions Survey
3. PT Tiga Putri Berdikari, best respondent of Construction Company Survey
4. PT Sinar Jaya Inti Mulia, the best respondents of Industrial Company Survey.
