According to the 2024 BPS Data Needs Survey, the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) of BPS Metro Municipality achieved a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) of 97.28! This figure reflects the high level of public satisfaction with the services provided.

✅ 100% of consumers use BPS data for planning & monitoring-evaluation 📈

✅ 98.89% of consumers are satisfied with the facilities & infrastructure at BPS Metro Municipality 🏢

✅ The Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) reached 97.60, demonstrating strong public trust in the integrity of our services.
