DTSEN is an update of the Unified Social Welfare Data (DTKS) with a more accurate and integrated system. This process involves various institutions, including the Ministry of Social Affairs as the main administrator, and the Statistics of Metro Municipality (BPS), which provides baseline data through the Socioeconomic Registration (Regsosek). Additionally, BPS contributes to technical assistance, data analysis, and validation of the methodology used in the verification process to ensure greater accuracy and accountability.

 

Field verification is carried out by the Social Affairs Office and Family Hope Program (PKH) facilitators through direct visits to residents' homes. They ensure that the data used aligns with the actual conditions of beneficiaries. If discrepancies are found, the data will be updated to improve the accuracy of social assistance distribution.

 

The public is encouraged to cooperate with verification officers and provide honest information so that the collected data truly reflects the real socioeconomic conditions. With DTSEN and valid data support from BPS, social assistance programs can be more targeted and effective in improving the well-being of those in need.
