Determination of KPI Targets and Preparation of Performance Agreements for 2025

Thursday, April 11 2024 – Statistics of Metro Municipality held a meeting for Determining Key Performance Indicator Targets (KI) and Preparing the 2025 Performance Agreement which was attended by all employees.

This activity is an important step in planning and strengthening organizational governance to ensure that each work unit has direction, targets and commitments that are in line with the BPS vision and mission.

Through the preparation of a Performance Agreement, all employees are expected to improve their performance in an accountable and measurable manner to support increasingly high quality statistical services.
