Monday, April 15 2025 – In order to ensure the accuracy of the targets of the social protection program, Statistics of Metro Municipality attended the 2025 Graduation Anomaly Data Coordination Meeting and Recheck (GC) National Socio-Economic Single Data (DTSEN). BPS, Head of Social Service Metro Municipality, as well as all companions of the Family Hope Program (PKH) throughout Metro Municipality.
In his speech, the Head of the Social Service said that this activity aims to synchronize and clarify anomalous data that arises in the GC DTSEN updating process. This data is the basis for various social protection programs such as PKH, Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), and other assistance. Therefore, accurate validation is very important to avoid targeting errors and increase the effectiveness of aid distribution.
The head of Statistics of Metro Municipality emphasized that accurate and verified data is an important foundation for public policy. "BPS fully supports the matching and cleaning of anomalous data. Collaboration between BPS, the Social Service and PKH facilitators is vital so that the data truly reflects the real conditions of the community in the field," said Arum.
The discussion session was active, where PKH facilitators conveyed field findings such as discrepancies in NIK data, addresses and welfare status. This input will be followed up in the next data updating process.
This meeting is one of the concrete steps towards better and integrated socio-economic data management in Metro Municipality—in order to achieve social assistance programs that are right on target and fair.
