September 2015, Lampung Composite CPI index increased from 123.23 August 2015 to 123.28 in September 2015, so there was an inflation of 0.04 percent.
- Based on the calculation of the rate of inflation (point to point) September 2015 amounted to 3.04 per cent, and inflation year on year (yoy) September 2015 amounted to 7.70 persen.- Of the seven expenditure groups, four have inflation that is processed foods , beverages, cigarettes and tobacco rose 0.52 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel rose 0.39 percent; clothing rose 0.32 percent; and education, recreation and sport rose 0.26 percent. While the other three groups experienced deflation ie food group fell 0.60 percent; health group fell 0.20 percent; and group transport, communications, and financial services dropped 0.17 percent.
- Of the two monitoring in Lampung city in September 2015, Bandar Lampung experienced inflation of 0.02 percent, while the Metro experienced inflation of 0.15 percent.
- Inflation of Bandar Lampung is ranked 44th and Metro City 35th, from 82 cities observed price changes. Of the 82 cities, 46 cities experienced inflation and 36 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation was in Merauke amounted to 2.29 percent, while the lowest inflation occurred in Jakarta by 0.01 percent. Sibolga experienced the highest deflation of 1.85 percent and the lowest deflation of 0.01 percent experienced Bandung.
- Group food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco contributed inflation of 0.09 percent. The subgroup which became the largest contributor to inflation is a subgroup of processed food by 0.07 percent.
