Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) starred hotels in London during March 2016 reached the position of 45.62%, down 3.60 points compared to February 2016 recorded 49.22%. TPK-star hotel in March 2016 compared to March 2015 recorded 40.26% increase of 5.36 points. TPK more accommodation in March 2016 recorded 34.43% up 0.34 points compared to February 2016 which recorded 34.09%. During March 2016 the number of guests staying in hotel and other accommodation (combined) reached 117 778 people, consisting of 683 foreign guests and 117 095 domestic guests. This condition has increased as much as 24 956 people (26.89%) compared to February 2016 recorded 92 822 people.

The number of guests by types of hotels in a five-star hotel during March 2016 as many as 11,330 people, consisting of 317 foreign guests and 11,013 domestic guests. That number increased by 2,287 votes (25.29%) compared to February 2016 recorded 9043 people, while the number of guests during the month of March 2016 staying in other accommodations as many as 106 448 people, consisting of 366 foreign guests and 106 082 domestic guests or up as much as 22 669 people or approximately 27.06% compared to February 2016 recorded 83 779 people. The average length of a stay in March 2016 on the conditions listed star hotel up 0.04 days 1.41 days compared to February 2016, with the details of foreign guests and domestic guests 4.29 days 1.33 days. While the average length of stay in hotels / other accommodation during March 2016 was recorded at 1.27 days compared to the previous month, with details of foreign guests of 3.33 days and 1.27 days living in the country.
