NTP Lampung Province in December 2016 for each subsector totaled 100.33
for the subsector Rice & Crops (NTP-P), 101.23 for Horticulture
Subsector (NTP-H), 105.97 for smallholder crops subsector (NTP-Pr ),
114.78 for the Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt), 108.78 for the fisheries
subsector, and 94.24 for the subsector Aquaculture. While NTP Lampung
Province totaled 105.12.
In December 2016, almost all commodities experienced price increases,
except in aquaculture commodities. As for the prices to rise in prices
among other subsectors: food crops, horticulture and smallholder tree
crops, large livestock, small livestock, poultry, and livestock, and
fisheries catch.
NTP some subsectors rose in December 2016, unless the aquaculture
subsector. In detail, subsector of food crops increased by 0.88 percent
NTP, horticultural crops subsector rose 0.96 percent, smallholder tree
crops subsector rose 1.87 percent, the livestock sector rose 1.08
percent, rose 1.88 capture fisheries subsector percent, and aquaculture
sub-sector fell 0.61 percent. NTP Lampung Province on a consolidated
basis rose by 1.22 percent.
Of the 33 provinces observed price changes in December 2016, there were
18 provinces experienced an increase NTP and 15 other provinces
decreased. NTP The increase was highest in Riau province with an
increase of 1.60 percent, while the largest decrease in NTP occur in
North Maluku province, which fell by 1.08 percent.
December 2016 in rural areas of Lampung experienced inflation of 0.48 percent. Inflation is caused by the rise in the price index in some groups, namely foodstuffs, processed foods, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco, clothing, health, and transportation and communication. Meanwhile, housing and education, recreation, and sport decreasing price index.
