NTP Lampung Province in January 2017 for each subsector totaled 100.90 for the subsector Rice & Crops (NTP-P), 99.90 for Horticulture Subsector (NTP-H), 105.49 for smallholder crops subsector (NTP-Pr ), 114.95 for the Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt), 108.68 for the fisheries subsector, and 94.07 for the subsector Aquaculture. While NTP Lampung Province totaled 104.96.
In January 2017, most commodity prices decline, except on food crops and livestock. As for the prices decline in commodity prices, among others: vegetables, fruits, some plantation crops, some types of fisheries, and aquaculture.
NTP some subsectors decreased in January 2017, except for food crops and livestock. In detail, subsector of food crops increased by 0.58 percent NTP, horticultural crops subsector fell 1.31 percent, smallholder tree crops subsector fell 0.45 percent, the livestock sector rose 0.15 percent, down 0.10 capture fisheries subsector percent, and aquaculture sub-sector fell 0.18 percent. NTP Lampung Province on a consolidated basis fell by 0.16 percent.
Of the 33 provinces observed price changes in January 2017, there are 10 provinces experienced an increase NTP and 23 other provinces decreased. NTP The increase was highest in Riau province with an increase of 0.69 percent, while the largest decrease occurred in the NTP South Sulawesi which fell by 1.70 percent.
January 2017 in rural areas of Lampung experienced inflation of 0.64 percent. Inflation is caused by the rise in the price index in the entire group of foodstuffs, processed foods, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco, housing, clothing, health, education, recreation, sports, and transportation and communication.
