Occupancy Rate of Starred Hotel Rooms in Lampung Province January 2023

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Lampung Province in January 2023 was recorded at 46.11 percent, down 12.63 points compared to the TPK for hotels in December 2022 which was recorded at 58.74 percent. When compared to the same month in 2022, the ROR for star hotels fell by 5.08 points.

The number of guests during January 2023 staying at star-rated hotels reached 60,292 people, consisting of 104 foreign guests and 60,188 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 19,115 people (24.07 percent) compared to December 2022 which recorded 79,407 people.

The average guest length of stay (RLMT) at star-rated hotels in Lampung Province in January 2023 was recorded at 1.79 days, up 0.05 days compared to star-rated hotel RLMT in December 2022 which was recorded at 1.74 days.
