Abstract

The report on the results of the implementation of SKD2025 provides an overview of the level of user satisfaction with services at the Integrated Statistics Service Unit (PST) of BPS Metro Municipality. The indicators presented in the report for the first quarter of 2025 include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).The Report on the Results of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) of BPS Metro Municipality for the firstquarter of 2025 was realized thanks to good cooperation between related work units. We hope that this report can be useful for improving the quality and performance of BPS Metro Municipality services. We greatly appreciate constructive suggestions and input for future improvements.
