Abstract

Room occupancy rate (TPK) rated hotels in London during August 2015 reached the position of 45.94%, up 5.40 points compared to July 2015 recorded 40.54%. TPK-star hotel in August 2015 than in August 2014 recorded 51.15% decrease of 5.21 points. TPK more accommodation in August 2015 recorded 43.68% rose 11.27 points compared to July 2015 which recorded 32.41%.

During August 2015 the number of guests staying at the hotel and other accommodation (combined) reached 89 580 people, consisting of 74 723 1,037 foreign guests and domestic guests. This condition has increased as much as 13 301 people (17.44%) compared to July 2015 recorded 76 279 people. The number of guests in the hotel kind of five-star hotel during August 2015 as many as 14 271 people, consisting of 13 820 451 foreign guests and domestic guests. That number increased by 3,173 people (28.59%) compared to July 2015 recorded 11 098 people, while the number of guests during the month of August 2015 other accommodation as many as 75 310 people, consisting of 74 723 587 foreign guests and domestic guests or rise as much as 10 129 people or approximately 15.54% compared to July 2015 recorded 65 181 people.

The average length of a stay in August 2015 on the condition star hotel in total recorded rises of 1.80 days compared to 0.02 days in July 2015 with the details of foreign guests and domestic guests of 2.18 days to 1.79 days. While the average length of stay in hotel / more accommodation in total for August 2015 recorded 1.24 days rose 0.12 days compared with the previous month, with details of foreign guests and guest 8.06 days 1.20 days in the country.
