Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) starred hotels in London during April 2016 reached the position of 57.97%, up 12.35 points compared to March 2016 recorded 45.62%. TPK-star hotel April 2016 compared to April 2015 recorded 40.97% also increased, namely 17.00 points. TPK more accommodation in April 2016 recorded 41.87% rose 7.44 points compared to March 2016 which recorded 34.43%.
During April 2016 the number of guests staying in the hotel and other accommodation (combined) reached 95 859 people, consisting of 95 199 660 foreign guests and domestic guests. This condition has increased as much as 6,037 votes (6.72%) compared to March 2016 recorded 89 822 people. The number of guests by types of hotels in star hotels during April 2016 as many as 13 721 people, consisting of 13 386 335 foreign guests and domestic guests. That number increased by 2,391 votes (21.10%) compared to March 2016 recorded 11,330 people. While the number of guests during the month of April 2016 is staying in other accommodations as many as 82 138 people, consisting of 81 813 325 foreign guests and domestic guests or an increase of 3,646 people or approximately 4.64% compared to March 2016 recorded 78 492 people.
The average length of a stay conditions in the hotel's April 2016 recorded 1.54 day up 0.13 days compared to March 2016, with the details of foreign guests and domestic guests of 3.18 days 1.49 days. While the average length of stay in hotels / other accommodation during April 2016 recorded the increasing 0:22 1.50 days compared to the previous month, with details of foreign guests of 7.12 days and 1.49 days living in the country.
