Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) starred hotels in London during May 2016 reached the position of 53.21%, down 4.76 points compared to April 2016 recorded 57.97%. TPK-star hotel in May 2016 than in May 2015 recorded 51.15% increase of 2.06 points. TPK more accommodation in May 2016 recorded 43.97% rose 2.10 points compared to April 2016 which recorded 41.87%.
During May 2016 the number of guests staying in hotel and other accommodation (combined) reached 99 101 people, consisting of 98 401 700 foreign guests and domestic guests. This condition has increased as much as 3,242 votes (3.38%) compared to April 2016 recorded 95 859 people. The number of guests by types of hotels in star hotels during May 2016 as many as 13 204 people, consisting of 12 853 351 foreign guests and domestic guests. That number declined by 517 persons (3.77%) compared to April 2016 recorded 13 721 people. While the number of guests during the month of May 2016 staying in other accommodations as many as 85 897 people, consisting of 85 548 349 foreign guests and domestic guests or an increase of 3,759 people or approximately 4.58% compared to April 2016 recorded 82 138 people.
The average length of a stay in May 2016 on the conditions listed star hotel rose 0.35 days 1.89 days compared to April 2016, with the details of foreign guests and domestic guests of 2.23 days to 1.88 days. While the average length of stay in hotels / other accommodation during May 2016 recorded decline of 1.35 days 0.16 days compared to the previous month, with details of foreign guests of 3.27 days and 1.34 days living in the country.
