Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) starred hotels in London during January 2016 reached the position of 49.97%, down 1.76 points compared to December 2015 recorded 51.73%. TPK-star hotel in January 2016 than in January 2015 recorded 46.85% increase of 3.13 points. TPK more accommodation in January 2016 recorded 35.73% fell 1.77 points compared to December 2015 which recorded 37.50%. The number of guests staying during January 2016 the hotel and other accommodation (combined) reached 96 683 people, consisting of 96 232 451 foreign guests and domestic guests. This condition decreases by 3,492 votes (3.49%) compared to December 2015 recorded 100 175 people.

The number of guests by types of hotels in star hotels during January 2016 as many as 11 751 people, consisting of 11 515 236 foreign guests and domestic guests. That number declined by 5,115 votes (30.33%) compared to December 2015 recorded 18 866 people, while the number of guests during the month of January 2016 were offered at as many as 84 932 other people, consisting of 84 717 215 foreign guests and domestic guests or an increase of 1,623 people or approximately 1.95% compared to December 2015 recorded 83 309 people. The average length of a stay in January 2016 on the conditions listed star hotel rose 0.41 days to 1.82 days compared to December 2015, with the details of foreign guests and domestic guests of 3.44 days 1.78 days.

While the average length of stay in hotels / other accommodation during January 2016 recorded 1.23 day up 0.08 days compared with the previous month, with details of foreign guests and guests of 8.01 days to 1.21 days in the country.
