NTP Lampung Province in January 2016 for each sub-sector totaled 105.89 for the subsector Rice & Crops (NTP-P), 99.85 for Horticulture Subsector (NTP-H), 97.76 for smallholder crops subsector (NTP- pr), 113.37 for the Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt), 104.89 for the fisheries subsector, and 96.12 for the subsector Aquaculture. While NTP Lampung Province totaled 103.68.
In January 2016, some commodity prices decline, except in plantation crops, fishing, and aquaculture. As for the prices that declined in price between rice and other food crops (yams), red chili, cayenne pepper, and some types of vegetables (beans, long beans, and carrots) on horticultural crops. In the livestock sub-sector experienced a price increase in large livestock (cattle) and poultry.
NTP some subsectors increased in January 2016, except for food crops, horticulture, and aquaculture. In detail, subsector of food crops has decreased by 0.35 percent NTP, horticultural crops subsector fell 1.29 percent, smallholder tree crops subsector rose 0.05 percent, the livestock sector rose 0.67 percent, up 0.85 capture fisheries subsector percent, and aquaculture sub-sector fell 0.29 percent.
From the 33 provinces, a total of 12 provinces experienced an increase NTP and 21 provinces decreased NTP. NTP highest increase occurred in Maluku province with an increase of 0.92 percent. Meanwhile, NTP largest decline occurred in North Sumatra province, which fell by 1.22 percent. January 2016 in rural areas of Lampung experienced inflation of 0.42 percent. Inflation caused by rising some price index on foodstuff, food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco, housing, health, and education, recreation and sports. Except in the clothing and transportation and communication which decreased.
