Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) rated hotels in Bandar Lampung during December 2015 reached the position of 51.73%, up 1.35 points compared to November 2015 recorded 50.38%. TPK-star hotel in December 2015 compared to December 2014 recorded 61.27% declined 9.54 points. TPK more accommodation in December 2015 recorded 37.50% up 0.24 points compared to November 2015 which recorded 37.26%.

The number of guests during the December 2015 staying at the hotel and other accommodation (combined) reached 100 176 people, consisting of 99 688 488 foreign guests and domestic guests. This condition has increased as many as 5718 people (6.05%) compared to November 2015 recorded 94 457 people. The number of guests by types of hotels in a five-star hotel during December 2015 as many as 16 866 people, consisting of 16 501 365 foreign guests and domestic guests. That number increased by 274 persons (1.65%) compared to November 2015 recorded 16 592 people, while the number of guests during the month of December 2015 staying in other accommodations as much as 83 310 people, consisting of 83 187 123 foreign guests and domestic guests or an increase of 5445 people or approximately 6.99% compared to November 2015 recorded 77 855 people.

The average length of a stay in December 2015 on condition star hotels recorded 1.41 day down 0.16 days compared to November 2015, with the details of foreign guests and domestic guests of 3.01 days 1.37 days. While the average length of stay in hotels / other accommodation during December 2015 recorded down 0.01 days to 1.15 days compared with the previous month, with details of foreign guests and guests of 2.01 days to 1.15 days in the country.
