Abstract

The Star-rated Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in Bandar Lampung during June 2017 reached 49.19%, down 2.84 points compared to May 2017 which recorded 52.03%. TPK star hotels in June 2017 compared to June 2016 which recorded 47.70% increased by 1.49 points. Other accommodation TPK in June 2017 was 43.06% down 0.13 points compared to May 2017 which posted 43.18%.

The number of guests during June 2017 staying in star hotels and other accommodation (combined) reached 101,515 people, consisting of 339 foreign guests and 101,177 domestic guests. This condition decreased by 15,595 people (13.32%) compared to May 2017 which recorded 117.111 people. The number of guests by type of hotel in star hotels during June 2017 was 18,007 people, consisting of 117 foreign guests and 17,890 domestic guests. The number decreased by 10,465 people (36.76%) compared to May 2017 which recorded 28,472 people. While the number of guests during the month of June 2017 stayed in other accommodation as many as 83,508 people, consisting of 222 foreign guests and 83,287 domestic guests or down by 5,130 people or about 5.79% compared to May 2017 which recorded 88,639 people.

The average length of stay in June 2017 was 1.82 days, up 0.37 days compared to May 2017, with 1.82 foreign guests and 1.82 days domestic guest. While the average length of stay at other hotels / accommodation during June 2017 recorded 1.40 days down 0.07 days when compared with the previous month, with details of foreign guests 4.88 days and domestic guests 1.39 days.
