Abstract

The Star-rated Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in Bandar Lampung during July 2017 reached 52.52%, up 3.33 points compared to June 2017 of 49.19%. TPK star hotel July 2017 compared to July 2016 which recorded 51.87% increased by 0.64 points. Other accommodation TPK in July 2017 was 49.93% up 6.87 points compared to June 2017 which recorded 43.06%.

The number of guests during July 2017 staying in star hotels and other accommodation (combined) reached 114,058 people, consisting of 663 foreign guests and 113,395 domestic guests. This condition has increased as many as 12,543 people (12.36%) compared to June 2017 which recorded 101,515 people. The number of guests by type of hotel in star hotels during July 2017 was 22,453 persons, consisting of 151 foreign guests and 22,302 domestic guests. The number increased by 4,446 people (24.69%) compared to June 2017 recorded 18,007 people. While the number of guests during July 2017 stayed in other accommodation as many as 91,605 people, consisting of 512 foreign guests and 91,093 domestic guests or up by 8,097 people or about 9.70% compared to June 2017 recorded 83,508 people.

The average length of stay in July 2017 was 1.46 days, down 0.46 days compared to June 2017, with details of foreign guests 3.00 days and domestic guests 1.35 days. While the average length of stay at other hotels / accommodation during July 2017 was 1.55 days up 0.15 days compared to the previous month, with 6.67 foreign guest details and domestic guests 1.53 days.
