Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) starred hotels in London during July 2016 reached the position of 51.87%, up 4.17 points compared to June 2016 recorded 47.70%. TPK-star hotel in July 2016 compared to July 2015 recorded an increase of 40.54% by 11.33 points. TPK more accommodation in July 2016 recorded 37.47% up 0.22 points compared to June 2016 which recorded 37.25%.

During July 2016 the number of guests staying in hotel and other accommodation (combined) reached 89 698 people, consisting of 89 071 627 foreign guests and domestic guests. This condition has increased as much as 6,540 votes (7.86%) compared to June 2016 recorded 83 158 people. The number of guests by types of hotels in a five-star hotel during July 2016 as many as 11 413 people, consisting of 11 105 308 foreign guests and domestic guests. That number increased by 2,064 votes (22.08%) compared to June 2016 recorded 9349 people. While the number of guests during the month of July 2016 staying in other accommodations as many as 78 285 people, consisting of 77 966 319 foreign guests and domestic guests or an increase of 4,476 people or approximately 6.06% compared to June 2016 recorded 73 809 people.

The average length of a stay in July 2016 on the conditions listed star hotel down 0.42 days 1.54 days compared to June 2016, with the details of foreign guests and domestic guests of 2.70 days 1.50 days. While the average length of stay in hotels / other accommodation during July 2016 recorded decline of 1.27 days 0.37 days compared to the previous month, with details of foreign guests and guests from 6.63 days to 1.26 days in the country.
