Withdrawal of Internship Students of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro at Metro City Statistics Agency

Metro City, December 4, 2024 - The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Metro City held a withdrawal ceremony for students from SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro who had carried out Field Work Practices (PKL) for four months. The students started their PKL activities on September 2, 2024, and were officially withdrawn by Mrs. Nela Kartikawati, as the PKL supervisor on December 4, 2024.

During the four months of PKL at BPS Metro City, these students were involved in various activities related to statistical data processing as well as various administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of BPS. This PKL activity provides direct experience for students in understanding the world of work, especially in the field of statistics and public services.

In the withdrawal ceremony, Mrs. Nela Kartikawati expressed her appreciation to BPS Metro City for the opportunity given to the students to learn and develop their skills. She also revealed that this experience is expected to provide valuable provisions for students in facing the world of work in the future.

BPS Metro City also thanked all students of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro who have shown dedication and enthusiasm during the PKL. Although only four months, the experience they gained is expected to provide a broader insight into the duties and important role of BPS in presenting accurate statistical data.
