Abstract

In November 2019, Metro City experienced inflation of 0.36 percent due to an increase in the index from 142.50 in October 2019 to 143.01 in November 2019. Three expenditure groups contributed to the formation of inflation, namely the foodstuffs group of 0.3206 percent ; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel by 0.0366 percent and health by 0.0238 percent. In contrast, four expenditure groups contributed to the formation of deflation, namely the transportation, communication and financial services group by 0.0096 percent; clothing group by 0,0091 percent; the processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco group by 0,0032 percent and the education, recreation and sports group by 0,0024 percent.
